The villa has its own large ( 8×4 ) private swimming pool and a nicely maintained garden for endless, care free relaxing hours in the ever shining Mediterranean sun.

The swimming pool has variable depths (1.00m x 2.00m) and has flood lights making it a safe and relaxing option at night. If you prefer a little shade, that too is provided by the roofed terrace which is footsteps away from the swimming pool where you will be welcomed with a six piece comfortable rattan dining set.

The garden offers plenty of sunbathing space and is furnished with solid quality and modern furniture with comfortable sun beds setting the scene for a real oasis of calm and tranquility.

Through high sliding doors you will be able to access the fully air conditioned living room which is furnished with two blue sofas gathered around the modern coffee table which provides a comfortable atmosphere to enjoy the free WIFI and plasma TV with Internet TV offering UK T.V. with Sky sports and unlimited movies (as well as international channel options). Another newly added relaxing area can be found in the living space, for those who wish to enjoy a good book.

The living room opens through to a superbly equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances offering a microwave, large refrigerator, freezer, high quality electric cooker, oven, toaster, electric kettle, brand new dishwasher and coffee machine, and other appliances making the property feel like a home away from home.

The 3 large air-conditioned rooms are on the second floor and can accommodate 6 adults with ease and boast large wardrobe space for storage and hanging.
