  • This charming 4-bedroom residence is situated in a central area, within walking distance to the main Coral Bay Strip. Villa Arsinoe is located in a privileged position, only 5 minutes walking from number of shops and restaurants and only 10 minutes’ walk away from the beach.

    The property is built in two levels and can comfortably accommodate 8 people. The ground floor features a large open plan living room, dining room and kitchen area, with patio doors and windows which offer plenty of sunlight and direct access to the pool terrace and outside area. A double bedroom is also sited on the ground floor, along with an en-suite bathroom.

    The first floor includes two double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom and a twin bedroom with en- suite shower room. All rooms upstairs benefit access to good size balconies two overlooking the swimming pool area.

    Outside, the property has an inviting swimming pool (depth 1m-1.65m) to enjoy the sunny days. The private swimming pool and patio area are fully equipped with comfortable sunbeds, dining table and barbeque area, perfect for an alfresco dining with friends and family.
