Experience the ultimate Cyprus getaway in a spacious 105 m² corner townhouse in a quiet, private complex in Lower Peyia. Perfect for 4–5 guests, with high-ceiling bedrooms, comfortable memory foam mattresses, a private patio, and a huge communal pool just seven steps from the patio gate. Every window offers breathtaking garden, mountain, and pool views. Only 2.4 km from Coral Bay beach and 900 m from Peyia village center.
Discover a cozy, fully equipped 105 m² corner townhouse in one of the most peaceful residential complexes in Lower Peyia. The home features two large bedrooms with high ceilings and memory foam mattresses, a bright living room with a 65” smart TV with Netflix and IPTV channels, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen including oven, induction cooktop, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, kettle, and toaster. Both bathrooms include a hygienic shower, and the upstairs shower features a hydromassage panel.
Step outside to your private patio, surrounded by flowering frangipani and fruit trees, perfect for breakfast or relaxed meals. The gas grill is located on the shaded north side of the house for comfortable barbecues, and a charming table on the front facade lets you enjoy sunsets among roses and frangipani shade.
Guests enjoy private parking, air conditioning (7 €/day for all units with reasonable use), mosquito nets on windows and balcony doors, sun loungers and umbrellas for the pool, and beautifully maintained gardens in a peaceful setting with birdsong and fresh air.

The Corner House was really lovely and just perfect for our holiday so comfortable and clean, the garden is fantastic and lovely to sit out in. The house has everything you need and more for your holiday and the pool is great too. Wonderful holiday in Eva Gardens

We really enjoyed our stay in this corner house in Eva Gardens complex. Lovely garden, large patio, clean, nice furniture, well equipped kitchen with coffee machine and dishwasher, large smart TV with Netflix, very comfortable beds. The property is very well located in a quiet area of lower Peyia, close to the Old Peyia village with many restaurants and tavernas and also close to Philippos supermarkets which provides free delivery! Our favourite Corallia beach is only 5 minutes drive from the house, and the famous Coral Bay strip is about the same distance. We liked that in Peyia it was not as hot as in Coral Bay and Paphos during the heatwave. We also appreciated the quiet and efficient air conditioners in the house. As for the pool, it is only a few steps from the patio gate, it is large and quiet. Surrounding garden is beyond praise - roses, frangipani, pomelo, passion fruit, avocado, guava... we took numerous photos of the garden alone. Thank you, Svetlana, for your hospitality! We hope to return another time soon.
