Beautiful hotel with spacious, tastefully decorated rooms. The staff were friendly and helpful with all of our tourist questions. They even helped arrange transportation for places in our itinerary. In all of our travels in India, this was the only hotel that had a contract laundry service with washer and dryer, so our clothes were promised to be washed, dried and ironed within a day

Location : Access is restricted and through dirty broken bylanes. Barking dogs in the adjacent shanties will keep you awake through the night. Hotel management does not have any control over these. Extremely expensive for the facilities it offers and its location. The Receptionist (Manikandan) was out to swindle us even for small things like auto fare and tickets for cultural shows. Food is okay, nothing great. Property looks good only in photographs.
