Dear all at the Kumarakom Lake Resort,
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your wonderful Lake Resort. Everyone at the resort, from start to finish, was ever so helpful.
We especially enjoyed the gardens and the meandering pool the most. The afternoon tea in the garden and all the activities programmes arranged at the resort are excellent. The evening sunset trip on the lake and the music on the boat added to our enjoyment.
A special mention of Kavi – his expertise with the camera phone was phenomenal and thought-provoking (at least to me!).
Our dining experience at the multi-cuisine restaurant, with the variety of food offered and the quality of service, was amazing.
Please convey our thanks to all your staff for making our stay memorable.

"Behaved like a new hotel, tried to over price pre booked room stating peak season. Rushed check out resulting in forgetting a wrist watch. Over priced lunch buffet which is not value for money.
