"Clean room"

"Chose this hotel in part because of the heated jacuzzi only to find it wasnt working. Not great service either... which has become too common in the DR (im there about 4 times per year). "

"Only stayed here 1 night, but it was totally worth it. The suites are very spatious with beautiful view of the city. The pool, the bar and restaurant were the highlight of my stay here. Very centric location and plenty of other options in the area. It's a safe area too. "

"The hotel's location is perfect and it's always nice and clean. However, The entire facility needs an upgrade, especially the showers. They were all rusted and worn out. The toilet had very poor water pressure so you must flush several times 😳. AC is as loud as it gets, poor sound proofing in the windows so you also hear the exterior noise. The rooms are spacious, but bedding and furnish look like 100 years old. The pool, the bar and cafe were the hightlight of this place. The menu at the restaurant could use an update too. The majority of the staff was friendly, but some were rude for no reason. "
