"Amazing place and great location , Joao and his staff were very accommodating and helpful during my stay , would highly recommend and would book again when I’m back in Amarante , the breakfast at the bakery across the hotel was amazing and the staff there were very nice and helpful as well , I was in town in to prepare for a cycling race and they helped with a breakfast box the day of my race. "We thoroughly enjoyed this wonderfully charming and quiet guesthouse set in a breath-taking landscape that made us feel like were residents of the village! The breakfast is simple, but tasty, and you pick it up and bring it to your room. I especially enjoyed the kitchenette, which made it possible to do some hand laundry.
