Only stayed fo the evening. Staff when are arrived was so sweet and very kind. She helped us figure out the bus system to Venice. We left very early next morning so only spent and evening an the morning staff (gentleman) was also very very helpful and kind. The building was a bit disappointing for a BW. It really needed an update. Carpets didn’t feel clean. Light in bathroom didn’t work. Extr pillows in the cupboard were not clean. The outlet by the bed didn’t work appeared broken. Over all it was okay for a one night quick stay but was happy that was all. Needs renovations. Also traffic on the road was noisy all night long.

Small but nice room. Bed not comfortable so ask for mattress cover. We had breakfast and it was good but the staff was not quick in providing coffee. Sélection was good. Neighbourhood was fantastic and away from major tourist but still close. 10 minute from the train station. Restaurants in the neighborhood some of the best we are at in Venice.

Really nice hotel in Venice. We booked multiple rooms as we have 2 teenagers. Both rooms were nice.

It was very clean and the staff were very friendly
