"The room, actually the 3 rooms I was offered were full of mould, including pillows which were grey because of the mould. And that’s a 40€ a night “business” hotel.
After 30 min discussion with the manager, at 11pm I finally managed to cancel the reservation and was promised a full refund, even got a paper as a proof.
Of course didn’t happen. They count the reservation to take the money. Had to contact an agent for a refund.
Avoid the property."

"In this hostel,I'm not even getting my keys, later not even wifi password after asking too , from the very first day room smells terrible the lights were not working, till date I'm adjusted , no cleaning done at all before too and talking about the fan it's too old not giving proper spinning so really hard to survive without daily needs things after paying this much ,I'm using a big white light only they are not that cooperative when you go and try to speak with them..."

"Hotel is ok if you are just looking for an overnight close to airport. Room was clean and bed comfortable, although the window was so green on the outside, unable to see through it. Had to ask 3 times to be provided with towels. Didn’t use the pool as it didn’t look clean. Food in restaurant was fine and reasonably priced - there are no dining alternatives as hotel is so isolated. The spa looked to have shut down. Outside area to the river was unkempt. Hotel exterior in need of some TLC....

"A very well appointed clean hotel with good rooms. Staff were friendly and helpful. A request for room clean up after two days was enthusiastically accepted but didn't eventuate. Asked again on day three, same response but didn't happen. A tad frustrating. I'm sure just a little confusion underpinned what was an excellent stay. The Hotel is about ten minutes by Taxi to the entertainment centre of town. That said it is centrally located to other amenities of the city. Recommended. "
