know before you go

I will preface by saying I have not been to this part of the country before. There is on site management to take care of you twenty four hours a day. The box home itself is brand new and well maintained. Now for the negatives. There is a burn off Gas flare going off twenty four hours behind the property with intermittent rumbles from gas build up. I have to say this doesn't make for a very restful sleep. The WebSite images of the property are not accurate. All of the box units surround a larger lot that is nothing but gravel. In the center of a lot at least a 50 trailers of an oil field camp. It wasn't unsafe, just not expected by the images on the Vrbo website. Also the internet was not stable because of the high winds in that area of the country. I was told by management that they will be putting the internet cables underground soon. Pet friendly on the inside but not on the property. There is however a very nice dog park close by With enclosures and large and small dog area.
