"Review of Hotel.com as well. The room we requested --- Accessible room with tub shower combo is not available at this facility -- Website is incorrect. We were there three days for a family member's medical issue. Was having surgery an hours drive away. The cleaning staff never came to clean room or change towels. We had to get extra towels due to water going out of shower area into the bathroom. This has happened so many times- this is why we request a tub shower combo. Breakfast not great. Items needed to be refilled and staff person on couch laid back and texting. Another guest stated that coffee was out and she said OK and proceeded to text. My husband left. McDonald's right across the parking lot. Great service there!! "

"Elevator was broken and we had no water Then water came back up but no pressure. ICE machine was not working . I had a handicap person plus children so it was not a great experience. The lady who was making the breakfast put some eggs back from the plate she was eating. Gross I would love my money back !!"

"Sketchy building, exterior doors to hotel aren’t locked, no soap let alone shampoo or conditioner so I couldn’t even wash my hands. Room smelled like musky men’s cologne. Wouldn’t recommend staying there. "
