Room are small, the sewage smell comes and goes. No complementary water and extra charge for spa use. The common areas have been recently done up, however the rooms could do with a refresh (especially bathrooms)

The beach is great, staff is professional, polite, and treats customers well. However the general manager and owner is so impolite to the point of cursing customers and threatening them to be kicked out of the hotel .
