Historic Spanish-style Villa, Perfect for Family & Golf Retreats!

This Spanish Villa is quintessential Pebble Beach. Meticulously renovated to exacting standards and adorned with elegant, yet comfortable furnishings and appointments. Originally constructed in 1929, this is a historic home within Pebble Beach, built by the legendary Hugh Comstock, who was responsible for giving the Monterey Peninsula much of its architectural character.

Fantastic for entertaining both golf executives and families looking to relax. There is a 5 hole putting green, elegant fire pit with antique water feature. Very private and yet steps to 17 Mile Drive and the Pacific Ocean. Four of the six bedrooms enjoy vaulted ceilings and soft lighting for a relaxing environment to unwind and rest. There are also two Moroccan tile balconies that complement the graciousness of the home. Lastly, a full gourmet kitchen with Thermador appliances and seating area for 8-10 guests.

Splendid Property!

Family of ten had plenty of room. The gas fireplace, gas fire pit, and putting green were a big hit with our group. The grounds are beautiful. Good location and quiet. Nicely decorated and highly recommend.

Carmel Getaway

The house was in a great location. Very close to Roy’s, Hay’s Place, The Bench and The Tap Room which had fabulous food and view. The highlight was the putting green and the fire pit.

Del Monte Forest property

Beautiful, large Spanish-style villa in nice neighborhood, near Spanish Bay. Beds very comfortable and well appointed. Nice putting green and fire-pit in yard. Kitchen and baths all worked well. On the negative side, we found the garbage in the back to be overflowing onto the ground, and the Green Egg barbecue was not prepared to use. I had to clean it out in order to use it.

Beautiful home in a great location!

We loved the backyard with the putting green and fire pits. Many of our group took daily walks down to the ocean. Would highly recommend this home particularly for golf groups given its location.

Charming, plenty of room for guests to spread out, fabulous fire pit in the garden. Needs new mattress in primary bedroom, bedding updates and hairdryers in each room. Kitchen nicely stocked with basics. Also If possible, blow off the putting green to make it usable!

All we could hope for!

We had an incredible family vacation at this home! Our expectations for this home were high based on all the pictures, and we were not disappointed. This home had room for all our extended family, from the many bedrooms and bathrooms to all the gathering areas. The beds were comfortable, the home was very clean, well stocked with all the necessary extras, and the neighborhood was beautiful. Our whole family was sad to leave but we hope to be back someday to make more great memories!

Enjoyable Family Vacation

Our family of 12 including grandchildren visited the area for 8 days. The 6 bedrooms fit our needs. Everyone enjoyed the stay. The landscaping is very nice, and the home is well appointed and was roomy for our relatively large group. The host responded promptly and thoroughly from our initial inquiry throughout our stay. It seemed the home hadn't been used in a while and the cleanliness on our arrival did not seem as great as indicated in other reviews. Despite that, we would return again and recommend. A very pleasant stay.

Perfect!

We gathered for our son's wedding at LaPlaya. Wanted a big enough space for ourselves, sons and partners, sister 91 yr old Grandmother. Everyone was happy and comfortable with accommodations. Stayed for week with 10 people. Beautiful unique house. Enjoyed the putting green, outside fire, and big green egg grill. Neighborhood is quiet and serene. Easy walk to the beach. Would rent again!

Thanksgiving 2020

The entire experience from booking to the actual stay was amazing. What a beautiful home and property. The owners are so gracious, communication was outstanding. We spent possibly one of the best family Thanksgivings ever here. Every detail of this house is wonderful. Absolutely perfect kitchen! We had some great putting golf tournaments while the grandparents watched by the fire pit. An added bonus, Pebble Beach and Spanish bay are so close. We can’t wait to go back.

House, putt putt course and location 🌟

The pictures posted on this site did not disappoint. It was even better. Kids loved having their own “apartment” with the loft. Enough room for everyone, Beds were very comfy, house had everything we needed, the fire pit was perfect on the cool days and nights and a great conversation area, but the hit was the putt putt area. Entertainment for all, 70year olds all the way to 7 year old. It was a great family house! The managers were very attentive to our needs. Thank you for a great stay!

Beautiful Spacious Home...

Our family of 11 stayed there in March of 2023. Nick Segal and his team were very responsive to issues we had due to inclement weather and power outages. The kitchen is impressive in size with upgraded appliances. We hung out by the huge fire pit in the back yard. Loved the large oversized windows and skylights..Easy access to whale watching, the Mission, the aquarium and Carmel with it's spectacular beach and shops galore Lots of wonderful restaurants close by. We even attended a cooking class. Best vacation ever...thanks Nick and team for making our week there so very special.
