'Stunning' is the word to describe this outstanding ocean-front property.

'Seabreeze' apartment offers the perfect escape. It is located in the Dress Circle position at beautiful Pearl Beach, less than 1 hour's drive from Sydney's northern suburbs.

Just 10 meters from the water's edge and National Parks this quiet, private location commands spectacular views over Broken Bay, Lion Island and Pittwater that showcase a wide range of wildlife, such as eagles, hawks, pelicans tailing the trawlers, schools of fish and occasional dolphins and whales.

All of the attractions of Pearl Beach can be reached within a leisurely 5-minute stroll including: a cafe, a fine-dining beach-side restaurant, a General Store, tennis courts, 2 beaches, nature walks, fishing, rock pool, etc.

Inside, this spacious apartment is split-level. On one level there is a bedroom with queen-sized bed; a second bedroom with two single beds, and a bathroom with shower, toilet and vanity unit.

The lower level is one large living space - 9 meters long - incorporating the kitchen, dining and lounge areas with large windows and doors opening on to the sun-deck and view.

With reverse cycle air-conditioning and a cosy gas-log fire, 'Seabreeze' is just as appealing in winter as it is in summer.

The default Check-in time is 2.00pm and check-out is 10.30am. However, complimentary earlier check-in and later check-out times are offered if the apartment is available. Check with owner a day or two before you arrive.

Unfortunately Seabreeze is not suitable for children from crawling age to 12 years.

Steps. Access to the apartment is via a narrow path with 21 steps with a handrail. There is also a set of 3 internal steps separating the Living Area from the bedrooms and bathroom.

Free Wi Fi, Netflix and Nespresso Machine.

Small, quiet, house-trained dogs are OK but please check with owner before booking. We don't have a yard and we ask that dogs not be left unattended on the property. Sorry, we don't allow cats.

RATES (October to end April)

2021: $360 per night Sundays to Thursdays and $395 per night Fridays and Saturdays.
2022: $380 and $420.
Minimum: 2 nights.

PEAK RATES

The Peak Rate of $395 ($2021) and $420 (2022) per night applies to Long Weekends, Public Holidays and for the Christmas period.

NOTE. Minimum 4 nights for Easter; 3 nights for Long Weekends; 7 nights for the Christmas period, from around mid December to the 3rd week in January with Fridays the check-in and check-out days.

WINTER RATES: MAY - SEPTEMBER

2021: $300 per night Sundays to Thursdays. $360 per night Fridays and Saturdays.
2022: $340 and $380.
Minimum: 2 nights

We give a full refund if a guest has to cancel their booking because of Covid restrictions

Gentle times, fabulous views
This was a return visit to Sea Breeze. Having experienced it in the summer time, this was to be a gentle winter visit. The desire was to escape the city for a couple of days and enjoy beautiful views and quiet times. Sea Breeze hit the brief perfectly. Graham is helpful and friendly as a host. The apartment is well appointment and the view is a million dollars. Its a few steps away from beautiful coast walks or 5 mins down to Pearl Beach township. Easy, Beautiful. Peaceful.

Lovely but not dog friendly
The property and location were excellent in terms of being comfortable, well equipped and beautifully clean. We took our small dog but only on arrival were we told that he was not to be left unattended on the property. We had to cancel dinner bookings and take him everywhere with us which completely changed our plans - no bush walks or nights out. It also meant we had to cook each night. Our dog has arthritis and can not be out all day so we had to stay at the property when we wanted to be out exploring. This condition must be added to the terms as it may suit some people but not many - my doggy friends and family were astounded by this. It spoilt our break away.

A little slice of heaven
The property is exactly as photographed in the listing. The view is simply stunning and the property itself had everything that you would want or need. Graham was so welcoming and friendly, giving us lots of tips in regards to places to eat etc and the photo books of walks, and the surrounds were a lovely touch. We will definitely be back

The Pearl of Pearl Bay
Wow! Location, location, location! If you are a lover of the ocean, this is THE place to stay on the Central Coast. As you're walking down the stairs towards the apartment, you see the ocean and realise how close you will be to the rock platform-exciting! . Awesome views, beautiful sunrises, sunsets, dolphins, sea eagles. The apartment was so comfortable, clean, cosy, with a warm gas fire, and had everything our family needed for a wonderful weekend. Thank you to our wonderful hosts Graham and Maz for sharing their fabulous property. Graham was so welcoming, helpful, yet unobtrusive. We look forward to coming back and thanks again for providing our family with many happy memories and some fabulous photos
