"It is functional with a beautiful porch and everything you need for an amazing week. The host is very helpful with easy and quick communications. Location is great— away from ferry dock but a short cart drive to center of town. We had a great stay."

"Disgustingly dirty. We would not even cook there. Screens had big gaps, thus many bugs. My two kids couldn’t even stand it and that was very telling. I must say the location was great but all my years coming to Peaks I have never encountered such a dirty place."
