Inside, you’ll find the main bedroom features a comfortable queen bed with a TV, sound machine, and plenty of closet space. Located inside the closet is a small ironing board and iron. Inside the guest bedroom, you will enjoy a comfortable twin bed with a sound machine and closet space. This home is perfect for a small group or family. The bathroom is completely remodeled with a refreshing shower, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner and soap, with plenty of towels for your stay. In the kitchen, we offer a completely renovated space with stainless steel appliances, plenty of cookware, a dining room table, and a stocked coffee bar to fuel your stay. The living room is an inviting cozy space with a remote controlled fireplace, smart TV and plenty of blankets to snuggle up with. This home also offers a stacked washer and dryer in the hallway to take care of any laundry, an A/C unit in the living room and main bedroom, electric and propane heating, an additional air mattress, and high-speed wireless internet. The home is complete with a spacious front and back porch to sip your coffee and enjoy the scenery. On the back porch, you'll have access to lighting to keep the space lit up after the sun goes down. If the weather is nice, you can set up the screen and projector to catch some entertainment under the stars!
If you're in need of some entertainment, the home is stocked with card and board games, books, and corn hole boards! You can also light a fire in our designated fire pit area and enjoy our complimentary s'mores kit!

Ride the Sky Bridge, float in the Gorge Underground, zip line across the treetops, or check out the world famous Nada Tunnel! Sterling, Morehead, or a 90 minute drive to Lexington - Horse Capital of the World!
Depending on availability, you may have the opportunity to schedule a Mountain Pleasure Horse Experience with local horse owners at Patriot Farm, located just around the corner. The Mountain Pleasure Horse is a breed of horses that was developed right here in the Appalachian Mountains of Eastern Kentucky! You can book an experience to groom, pet, and take a leaded ride if you choose. You must sign a waiver beforehand.
