For shared use: property 1'000 m2 with plants and trees. In the house: internet access, washing machine (for shared use, extra). Parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Shop 2.5 km, supermarket 6 km, restaurant 3 km, bus stop 8 km, pebble beach 30 km. Marina 30 km. Please note: the owner lives on the same property. The owner has a dog. Animals in the neighbourhood.

Kitchen (1 hot plate, 3 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), dining table. Sep. WC.
