"The grounds are beautiful and well-maintained. The rooms are lovely and the views are incredible. There’s an underlying feeling that the staff is forced to be nice and would rather not have to deal with tourists. We had a hard time with meals, as no one could be bothered to get orders correct. The breakfast buffet was obscenely expensive for the type of food offered. Their Zen restaurant made the most awful sushi I have ever tasted. The setting of the hotel is stunning but it’s a drive to any other attractions or amenities."
