We had a good stay at ViiA Residences with our family. The location was excellent and definitely one of the main advantages. Abdullah Hukum LRT station is nearby, which made travelling around Kuala Lumpur easy, and KL Eco City Mall, The Gardens Mall and Mid Valley Megamall are all within comfortable walking distance. There are also plenty of restaurants, cafés and shops close by.
The outdoor swimming pool on the 40th floor was a lovely feature and a great place to relax after a day out. The gym was fine for our needs, although fairly basic, with the usual cardio equipment and enough for a simple workout.
The residence was comfortable and convenient for a family stay, and we really appreciated having so much within walking distance. Being close to the LRT also meant we did not have to rely on Grab or taxis all the time.

Reasonable price and easy access to transport and Bukit Bintang area. Our initial room had a leak in bathroom and staff quickly offered us another room. Towels were a bit musty but had basic amenities, including slippers. One of the lifts (left hand side) was hotter than the other. Overall, it was good value and staff were polite and pleasant, and catered to what we needed for our stay.

Great from start to finish! Clean property that’s conveniently located within walking distance to attractions, restaurants, and shopping.
The staff are super friendly and helpful. There’s even a self service laundry in the basement!
Between the skywalks and MRT you can get around easily. I will definitely stay again next time I come to Malaysia.
