  • Lovely end unit that has extra windows and is on the top floor with beautiful ocean and marsh views! Great floor plan with a bright, airy kitchen and dining area. Living room and master bedroom have direct ocean views and access to balcony. Living room has a TV with DVD player, stereo and CD player. All bedrooms have a private bath, TV and DVD player. WiFi and ceiling fans throughout.
    The popular gated seaside community of Litchfield by the Sea offers family fun including pools, tennis courts and fishing lakes. Seven miles of spectacular beach and an oceanfront clubhouse with bathrooms and cabana will bedazzle you. Jogging/walking/biking paths alongside salt marshes surround the area. Bikes available for rent, if needed.
    This has 3 bedrooms (King, Queen and 2 twins) and 3 baths plus a Queen sleeper sofa.

New Years get a way

Very nice area! The condo needs refurbishment I.e. the couch Has big time sags that you fell into. The sheets and bed covers were stained, and bath rugs were worn. On the up swing, it was well equipped kitchen, but the ice machine and filtered water did not work. It is the end of the year, so hopefully it’s “redo time” for the condo.
