Beachfront condo located in the secured community of Litchfield By The Sea. Features 3 bedrooms , 3 full bathrooms , fully equipped kitchen that opens up to a living room with full ocean views. Large balcony with private access to ground floor. Ramp and stair access to beach, 2 pools with hot tub. Community has walking/jogging/biking paths, lake for fishing (license required), Starbucks and Coastal Dish restaurant on site.

Lovely condo right on beach with pool

3 bedroom/3 bath condo is well furnished & supplied in the kitchen. Amazing pool, small hot tub & short walk to fabulous beach. Also very good restaurants nearby. We had a terrific week with family.

This condo was amazing- it had everything we needed! It was a great location- close to the pool and the beach. The beds were comfortable and the layout was perfect for traveling with a 2 and 3 year old. We are already thinking of booking our next trip!

Great Family Beach Trip

We had a Wonderful Time, The House was Clean and well Decorated and the Kitchen Had everything we Needed, Bed were Comfortable, and the Location was Excellent. Great condo with plenty of space. Our stay seemed like home away from home! Nice view of the ocean from the living room, master bedroom and the huge balcony. Very clean, decorated nicely and accommodating. The condo provided everything we needed for a wonderful stay.

Relaxing get away.

Short stay but fun and relaxing. Condo did not disappoint. All we were looking for in a beach retreat. Already have reservations for May and looking forward to return visit. Incredible experience

We had the best time staying here, it’s immaculately clean, spacious, and comfortable! This unit is no more than 15 steps to the pool since you have your own private, secure deck and stairs. The owner was a pleasure and property is lovely, we hope to visit again and stay here soon!

Wedding Weekend at Litchfield By The Sea

We loved our weekend at Newell's condo. It was extremely clean and well-appointed. Decorations were lovely and we felt very cozy there. It was steps away from the best pool at Litchfield By The Sea and a quick walk to the ocean front. The host was extremely responsive when we had a question. We are keeping the address close so we can visit again!
