    2BR/2BA Lakeside Villa in gated Litchfield by the Sea. Features a full kitchen, dining area, living room, and washer/dryer, and a balcony.
    Villa is located less than 1/2 mile from the beach. Resort Amenities Include: 4 centrally located golf courses, indoor pool, outdoor pool with lazy river and play plaza, health and fitness center, bike rentals and bike trails, tennis courts, fishing lake (fishing license required), business center, private beach access, wireless internet access, day spa, and Starbucks.

    Guest Interaction: Prior to arrival, please feel free to message us in the messaging tool with any questions. After checking in, we ask that you contact the front desk for anything you may need. When checking in, they will provide you with a 24/7 support number. Confirming Reservation: After booking, we will send you a message to confirm your reservation.

    Other Things to Note: Must be 21 years of age to rent. NO PETS or SMOKING IS ALLOWED. Rental comes with linens, towels, and a setup pack of paper towels and toiletries. Unit is individually owned and managed by Litchfield Vacation Rentals; we ask our guests to treat it as they would their own home.

Overall, great location and amenities; walking distance to the beach, with pool access and fishing. We love Litchfield. We’ve stayed there many years. This particular unit just happened to be outdated and dirty. Dirty carpet, dirty rug, dirty couch. Unit needs to be updated with clean rugs and carpeting. Other than that it was a wonderful stay and would recommend for the price.
