Getaway to Serenity Summerhouse Villa’s at Litchfield by The Sea

Well-appointed, Beautifully decorated, 1 BR 1 Bath Villa located in sought after Litchfield By The Sea. Our villa is on the lowest floor and close to the elevator and/or steps for ultimate convenience.
2 Queen Beds, 55" Smart TV, secure Wi-Fi, Tiled walk in shower with new dual Moen Shower head, fully equipped galley kitchen, granite countertops, serene balcony overlooking the lake, palm trees and wildlife. Our beautiful beach is accessed via resorts open air shuttle ( during season) 5 minute drive via car. Generous parking for our beach guest. Also walkable .Our beach retreat has an ocean front deck that is huge with lounge chairs, tables, shade, restrooms and showers. This is the spot for a great read over looking the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. Other on site amenities include lazy river pool and large hot tub. Also, in season, a great outdoor tiki bar with live entertainment and tasty food. Start your mornings with coffee from our on site Starbucks then walk down to the restaurant for a wonderful buffet breakfast! Enjoy 4 & 5 star restaurants, championship golf, tennis, shopping, famed Brookgreen Gardens and so much more!
Don't hesitate on this one. You will want to come back over and over for new memories and the Serenity!

This rental was exactly as described in the listing and was perfect for our quick trip to the beach. The owner was very responsive prior to our stay and had a welcome snack available when we arrived! Access to the beach was easy and close and there were always plenty of spaces available for parking. We would definitely stay again!

Litchfield is always a treat

This was a nice getaway for me. The condo was clean and comfortable. The beach club parking was a big plus. The walk to the beach was very beautiful, but it was pretty far. There was plenty of parking. I loved the beach!

The host was outstanding and Southern hospitality at its best! The location was great. Was visiting my sister’s family who were vacationing nearby. Grew up going to this area with family. Love the location, the people, the vibes and all the great seafood restaurants. I would highly recommend this unit. Very comfortable and accommodating.

This condo was extremely clean, very well stocked w/cleaning supplies, linens, cooking utensils, dishes. There were little extras that were provided that we GREATLY appreciated. Kim was just a text away always and quick to respond. All appliances worked perfectly! Lots of space and the view was beautiful. Def will try to stay here again. The price was perfect!!!

Lovely, long weekend at Litchfield Resort

Kim was a great, informative Host. The Condo had everything we needed for a long weekend in Pawley’s Island. We had a nice Welcome Gift and a sweet Birthday Note and Surprise! Great added touches! The Condo and View were nice. The Deck and Shuttle to the Beach were nice accommodations provided by the Resort. Thanks again for Sharing your space!

Overall decent property with some minor wear issues. Our unit was very clean and comfortable. Great for a couple of maybe a single child. Would stay again. Property host was thoughtful and it was easy to check in. Bottom floor unit so the noise from little kids stomping in the unit above ours was a little unpleasant.

Enjoyed every moment at this property! Our third time at Litchfield by the Sea but first at Summerhouse and can’t wait to book this property next summer. Perfect location - just a few minutes in the car to beach. Less than a 2 min. Walk to pool/lazy River and Tiki bar. Balcony overlooks the pond and we had many alligator sightings! Beautifully decorated, very comfortable and had everything we needed. Everyone is so friendly here. If you’re on the fence, you definitely need to stay here.

We had the most wonderful stay in Pawley’s Island! This condo is the perfect location for kids. It is right next to the resort pool, playground, and lazy river. You have access to the beach if wanted. You are also right next to the Starbucks and Coastal Dish for breakfast :) The condo is clean!!! And truly just smells clean and like home; it didn’t smell like artificial fragrances like those plugs-ins, which was so refreshing. There are plenty of linens and towels. The kitchen is well stocked. Seeing the alligators from the porch multiple times a day was definitely my daughter’s favorite memory! Kim is a wonderful host, and we are already planning to stay here the next time we are vacationing to the area! Recommendations that we truly enjoyed in the area: Brookgreen Gardens, Huntington Beach State Park and Atalaya Castle, Rustic Table for Dinner, Massey’s Pizza (best gluten free pizza ever!).

We came to SC for a football game and extended our trip to enjoy the beach a little. The location to the beach is about 5-10 minute walk. It’s in a fantastic location, close to lots of shops and restaurants. There was a pool and lazy river at the complex, but we didn’t use it. It looked fun and clean. We walked a little in the area around the unit and it was very safe and people were nice, Especially the direct nextdoor neighbors, who exchanged phone numbers with us if we needed anything. The unit itself is very clean and pretty. We sat on the balcony and saw the little gator. Beds and pillow were super comfortable. We didn’t cook, but the kitchen seemed fine if you needed to. The host Kim was very helpful, and we appreciated her above-and-beyond hospitality. We hope we will be able to stay here in the future if we come down for more football, and it is saved in our favorite bookmark. We really enjoyed our time there. And thank you Kim for the pimento cheese and crackers and waters - what a nice gesture.
