Beautiful oceanfront 2nd Floor 1 BR condo in Litchfield By the Sea Resort. Coastal decor welcomes you to unwind in the spacious living area, or relax on the balcony with a gorgeous view of the Atlantic Ocean and the outdoor pool. Comfortable King size bed, granite countertops, a fully stocked kitchen, and a spacious living room make this your perfect home away from home. Step outside to spend the day on the beach or play in the pool, lazy river and kiddie pool.
Resort offers a fishing pier, tennis and pickleball courts, scenic walking paths, 2 restaurants, an ice cream shop and a Starbucks onsite.
Make sure you venture out in Pawleys to experience delish dining choices and unique shopping!

*Please note our cancellation policy below. If you choose to cancel, processing fees will be applied.
*PLEASE read the rental agreement before signing. We strive to have each property working in perfect order, however, we can not guarantee that each appliance, a/c, wifi and/or cable will continue to work properly. Once reported, we will make every reasonable effort to assist with repairs in a timely manner. We can not assist with all non-emergencies after business hours, but will promptly respond the next day.
*We strongly encourage travel insurance for rentals during the Hurricane season time frame- June 1st- November 30th. During this timeframe we ONLY refund cancellations if there is a state of emergency ordinance for our area or a mandatory evacuation. For cancellations due to weather conditions, we strive to work with you to reschedule your stay.
*Pools are managed by the HOA. HOA determines the pool hours of operation. We are not responsible for the temporary closure of the pools due to repairs.

We really enjoyed this small condo for a long weekend. It was perfect for my husband and me. The kitchen is quite small but just fine for us. Bed was comfortable and we enjoyed the views from the balcony. Easy, quick walk to the beach.

Great ocean view, beautifully landscaped walk to beach

The Escape was just right for our mid-week, last-minute-planned beach trip. Kitchen area is small (in a narrow hallway) but well-equipped. Comfortable bed made me want to peek at the mattress brand, but sadly I forgot to before leaving. Close proximity to wooded bicycle path to Murrells Inlet especially appealing! Had a lovely stay.

Wedding Anniversary weekend

We had a wonderful time in Litchfield. The place was perfect getaway for my wife and our two pups. The setting was perfect right on the beach. Beautiful weather. Great places to eat. Would recommend this place highly.

Quick vacation/staycation

Loved this property! My mom lives just outside Myrtle - but she, my daughter and I stayed for a weekend to enjoy the pool and the beach. Place is lovely and clean and everything is very close. We are on the resort one night and had a great time listening to live music and watching the turtles!

Wonderful stay in Litchfield!

Location is absolutely perfect! Pool is located on the ground floor of the complex and the beach is a quick walk down a paved path. Despite the size of the complex, the beach never felt crowded. You can see the ocean from the living room and patio, which was a nice way to start each day! Condo was clean, well stocked with lots of towels, and had everything we needed for our stay. Host was great about communicating check in/out details. Perfect spot for a weekend getaway, I would definitely stay here again!

We loved this spot... so much. We had 4 of us plus our dog and I will admit it was tight, space-wise- but mostly because the weather was not great and we weren't at the beach as much. But so convenient. So clean. Everything was as it was advertised!

First Time at Pawleys Island

The resort and pools are well-kept and maintained. Loved the easy beach access and convenient location to everything. Overall, the condo was good, but a couple of things should have been addressed before we checked in: the floors were filthy (after an hour of being in the condo my wife noticed my bare feet were black), several light bulbs need replacing including the bulb in the fridge, there is no hot water in the bathroom faucet, and the shower control handle should have been repaired prior to our visit which resulted in three days with very little water pressure. I hope this is helpful to your staff for making some improvements.

Great Vaca

We enjoyed staying at Litchfield by the Sea. The condo was modern and the location was great. The bed slept great, but the outside lights are bright so if you want complete darkness you'll need something to cover the window as the shutters aren't blackout. Everything was clean and tidy. The floors could use a mopping, but it is the beach so it's tough to keep them completely spotless and sand-free. While the kitchen is adequately furnished, the cookware and utensils are basic and could be upgraded for better meal prep. Overall our stay was great and we would definitely stay here again!

Restful Retreat

I enjoyed the beautiful condo for a few days. I brought my Pomsky with me, and he had a blast playing in the waves. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are looking for a well organized and clean condo. The view is amazing from the balcony and the stay was very relaxing .
