PIONEER VILLAGE-SAGE CABIN

Pioneer Village is the "perfect" spot for your stay in Pawhuska. It is located 2 blocks from downtown-within walking distance of the Mercantile and other attractions. The 4 homes are newly constructed by JL&Associates-contractors of the Mercantile and Lodge. The cathedral ceilings and warm furnishings will make you feel right at home. The Village can house up to 16 people-perfect for a family gathering or a small group-with additional options available in close proximity. Come stay with us! Each home consists of two bedrooms and large bath. The open living space with cathedral ceilings will make you want to "kick back and relax" and enjoy your stay. We provide "extras" such as bottled water and Keurig coffee makers with coffee bar. Welcome to Osage County-#where the smiles are always free! Entire home Host lives very close in proximity to Pioneer Village. I am available by phone or text to address any questions or concerns. Self Check-in is available. Pioneer Village is located only two blocks from downtown Pawhuska. The Mercantile and other attractions are within walking distance. Very quiet neighborhood that offers many additional bed and bath options for groups or families. No public transportation available. However, we can pick up guests at Pawhuska Airport with prior arrangements. Perfect get away

Perfect place for our quick get away. Very clean, cozy and close to everything we wanted to see. Hostess was prompt to welcome us and to let her know if we needed anything. We will definitely be staying here again.

Comfortable accommodations. Nice 2-bedroom house with lots of amenities; short walk or drive to the center of town; although a little too cold for us to walk into town in January. Would definitely stay here again.

2025 Road Trip

So quaint and cozy! We were only in town one night, and it was nice to be so close to everything! Of course, we visited the Mercantile and Tallgrass Prairie! It was nice to have a comfortable home to come back to, and get a good nights rest for the next day’s adventures! Highly recommend…the little Village is perfect for a larger group too!

Excellent Stay in Pawhuska

This 2 bedroom, one bath house has everything you need and more. It was very clean and stocked very well.The location is very close to all the Pioneer Woman shops and restaurants. Even within walking distance.We enjoyed interacting with neighborhood kids as well. Would highly recommend staying here. Would definitely return if we’re in the area again.

This cabin was perfect for our stay. It was within walking distance to the Mercantile and a short drive to the PW Lodge. It had all the amenities that we needed and more. I would stay here again and recommend it to friends.

I stayed at the Sage House with my family and it was a perfect location in Pawhuska - just a few blocks to walk to downtown. Very nice house. Check in was easy. I’d stay here again!

Thanksgiving Getaway

This was a place that was on my wife's bucket list as she always wanted to see the Pioneer Woman Mercantile and the Lodge where she does the show. This house exceeded all of expectations and was a nice break from staying in hotels. Check in/out was extremely easy and the house was fabulous!

Fun time in P-Town

We enjoyed staying in the cabin. Everything was great! We enjoyed the comfortable seating arrangements in the living room and the awesome porch to enjoy the cool air of the evenings. You can easily walk to the downtown area and the neighborhood was quiet. We would definitely choose this cabin again!

Pioneer Woman weekend

My daughter and I came to Pawhuska to visit the Pioneer Woman Mercantile, Tall Grass Prairie Preserve, and to visit other shops in town. This house was perfect for us. It is located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of the Merc and other downtown businesses. It was very clean and perfect for our weekend stay. We would definitely stay here again.
