As soon as we opened the door we could see just how clean and well kept it was. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen well stocked. Short walk to the Mercantile and the shops around. Definitely will stay here again if available!
We enjoyed our stay. The house was super cute, and the beds were comfy. Every year, we go somewhere different for Spring Break, and this town is really cute! The Mercantile was lovely, and the Pioneer Woman Lodge is beautiful. We would definitely stay here again.
Awesome little house with great proximity to Downtown
Communicative host. Clean place. Easy check in/ check out. Would definitely recommend if you are planning a trip to Pawhuska.

This cute bungalow is a really nice, adequate, comfortable space. We felt safe going for a walk around the area. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom spacious, and living/kitchen area is beautifully furnished. We enjoyed sitting outside in the porch area too.
The cabin was wonderful! It had everything we needed, was clean & safe, and located close to downtown. The people in Pawhuska were extremely friendly and the property manager was very helpful. We would definitely recommend staying at this property.

Very clean and comfortable. Decor in keeping with the area.
The people in the town are lovely! Enjoyed the cabin, shops, food, conveniences, location and townees! Everyone was so nice and the cabin was spectacular felt save and clean. The property manager was a pleasure to work with.
Perfect place to stay for a quick visit to Pawhuska to visit the mercantile and surrounding shops. House was very clean and furnished well all within walking distance of downtown. Would definitely stay here again if we were to ever return to the area.
This rental was AMAZING! Super clean and great location. The host was such a pleasure to rent from. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone. Hope to stay here again in the near future.
Absolutely lovely Mother’s Day weekend get away. The cabin was clean, nicely decorated, and exactly as described on VRBO. The location was convenient being only a 10 minute walk from the Mercantile. I have never stayed anywhere where I can truly say everything was perfect but the Red Dirt Cabin was exactly that.
We enjoyed the roominess of this cabin, especially the kitchen. We would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to prepare some of their own meals during their stay. We also appreciated having a washer and dryer. It’s a very nice, comfortable cabin that is walking distance to the Pawhuska attractions.
The property was gorgeous and CLEAN ! The cottage felt like we were home. The furnishings were comfortable. The in home entertainment was great . The owners of the property were gracious and friendly. We can't wait to come back again !
My bestfriend and I had a quick 2 day trip to Pawhuska for our birthdays. We got in late the first night, and thankfully check-in was super easy. The cabin was exactly as the listing showed, very cute and comfortable with close proximity to town and shops. Highly recommend this cabin if you find yourself in Pawhusa.
Cabin was perfect… clean, comfortable, well stocked, plenty of parking, great location and safe. I would not plan on walking to mercantile even tho it’s somewhat close but parking near Mercantile is no issue.
While the property looked nice online, the pictures didn’t do it justice! Much nicer and cleaner feeling and was such a great place for our small family to stay. Had wished there was a pack and play or small crib available but otherwise was great!
The property was wonderful, clean, cozy and close to downtown. We loved everything about the cottage. There was a porch light that was burned out on the side of the house that we entered.
We were somewhat disappointed that we were charged an extra $50 fee for my friend's certified support animal. We booked through Vrbo and told them upfront we would be bringing a support dog on our trip. They assured us this was ok and no extra charges were applicable. The miscommunication that occurred was between VRBO and the owner, yet we were left paying an extra charge. Just didn't feel like that was the right thing to do since we disclosed everything up front when we booked the cottage.
The owner insisted we pay the extra $50 and so we did pay the charge. We really enjoyed our time at the cottage and all the things Pawhuska has to offer. However, I'd say beware of possible issues if you are bringing a support animal.
Very clean & comfortable house in a great location. Loved the layout. It was spacious and the decor was adorable. Our host was very responsive and welcoming . Would stay again!
