PIONEER VILLAGE-RED DIRT CABIN-3 BLOCKS TO MERC

Pioneer Village is the "perfect" spot for your stay in Pawhuska. It is located 2 blocks from downtown-within walking distance of the Mercantile and other attractions. The 4 homes are newly constructed by JL&Associates-contractors of the Mercantile and Lodge. The cathedral ceilings and warm furnishings will make you feel right at home. The Village can house up to 16 people-perfect for a family gathering or a small group-with additional options available in close proximity. Come stay with us! Each home consists of two bedrooms and large bath. The open living space with cathedral ceilings will make you want to "kick back and relax" and enjoy your stay. We provide "extras" such as bottled water and Keurig coffee makers with coffee bar. Welcome to Osage County-#where the smiles are always free! You will have an entire home to yourself. The homes are very accessible with no steps, walk-in showers and close parking. Hosts live within very close proximity of Pioneer Village available to meet your needs-as close as a text or a call. We do offer self check-in. Pioneer Village is located only two blocks from downtown Pawhuska. The Mercantile and other attractions are within walking distance. Very quiet neighborhood that offers many additional bed and bath options for groups or families. Walking distance to downtown. There is no public transportation available in Pawhuska-however we would be glad to help make arrangements from Pawhuska airport. Red Dirt Cabin
Absolutely lovely Mother’s Day weekend get away. The cabin was clean, nicely decorated, and exactly as described on VRBO. The location was convenient being only a 10 minute walk from the Mercantile. I have never stayed anywhere where I can truly say everything was perfect but the Red Dirt Cabin was exactly that.

Great place to stay in Pawhuska
My daughter and I came to see all things Pioneer Woman for her college graduation trip. We loved the house and the closeness to the Merc. Everything was as described and pictured in the listing. Will definitely stay again on future trips.

Nicer than expected!
While the property looked nice online, the pictures didn’t do it justice! Much nicer and cleaner feeling and was such a great place for our small family to stay. Had wished there was a pack and play or small crib available but otherwise was great!

Girls Trip
Cabin was perfect… clean, comfortable, well stocked, plenty of parking, great location and safe. I would not plan on walking to mercantile even tho it’s somewhat close but parking near Mercantile is no issue.

Girls trip
My bestfriend and I had a quick 2 day trip to Pawhuska for our birthdays. We got in late the first night, and thankfully check-in was super easy. The cabin was exactly as the listing showed, very cute and comfortable with close proximity to town and shops. Highly recommend this cabin if you find yourself in Pawhusa.

Comfy Cottage
The property was wonderful, clean, cozy and close to downtown. We loved everything about the cottage. There was a porch light that was burned out on the side of the house that we entered. We were somewhat disappointed that we were charged an extra $50 fee for my friend's certified support animal. We booked through Vrbo and told them upfront we would be bringing a support dog on our trip. They assured us this was ok and no extra charges were applicable. The miscommunication that occurred was between VRBO and the owner, yet we were left paying an extra charge. Just didn't feel like that was the right thing to do since we disclosed everything up front when we booked the cottage. The owner insisted we pay the extra $50 and so we did pay the charge. We really enjoyed our time at the cottage and all the things Pawhuska has to offer. However, I'd say beware of possible issues if you are bringing a support animal.
