Was very conveniently located for us as first time visitors to Milan. We were close to shops, tourist spots ( The Duomo), etc. The meals we had were very good ( breakfast and dinner), The hotel lay out is a bit strange, but it is because it is a transformed building ( not originally built to be a hotel), But it sits on a Plaza and the view from our window was marvelous for people watching! We had no noise from below, so that was great! It has a nice gym, and pool. We used the gym but not the pool

"Room’s bathroom fittings were in bad condition. The whole place was a bit dusty, the room key didn’t work after one night. Had to request to change rooms which they agreed to, without any questions asked, as if they are used to it. Reception lady was also very unconcerned, unhelpful. Never staying ..."
