"The room was clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Given the age of the hotel, the rooms are a bit cramped and the bathroom sink is in the room and not in the separate bathroom. If you are looking for more accommodation in your room (ie... couch, desk, chairs). This might not be the hotel for you. However, the overall condition of the Hotel is well maintained and its very close proximity to Whiskey Row and other locations in downtown Prescott make it an attractive choice. The price point is very reasonable."

"The property is slightly deceiving from outside because it was originally a 1930s motor court style motel . The rooms have been completely renovated and they are extremely attractive.Parking is within 30 seconds of the room . Not to discourage anybody from visiting Cottonwood,but it was 105° when we were there and the air conditioning had absolutely no problem keeping the room at 73°"

"Place has the necessities. There isn’t a lot of room For more that one group to use the jacuzzi, the tv in the room kept going to ‘no signal’ and when working, the local channels never worked. Breakfast was ok, there could be more hot fresh food options. The bathroom was small and the curtain rod was coming off of the wall and the beds easily moved exposing the metal bed frames. It wasn’t a great stay but wasn’t horrible."

"Enjoyed variety of breakfast, plenty to pick from. Staff was great, helpful. Room was clean. You could provide more hanging hooks and towel racks in bathroom. Enjoyed cookies and fruit, water, coffee, lemonade during the day. It will be nice when pool and hot tub and cover is done. Love the fire pit area."
