"We recently stayed at the Country Inn in Walker, MN, and from the moment we walked through the door, our experience was wonderful. Check-in was quick and friendly — the staff greeted us warmly, explained all the hotel services, and told us about the complimentary breakfast. Our room was spacious, spotless, and in excellent condition, with thoughtful touches like a mini-fridge, whirlpool tub, roomy desk, and plenty of towels. We especially loved the little rubber duckie gift for social media photos — such a fun idea! The hotel itself was clean and inviting throughout. Although we didn’t use the pool or hot tub, both looked well maintained and appealing. Breakfast the next morning exceeded expectations, with a wide variety of hot and cold options — scrambled eggs, cheesy potatoes, maple sausage, cereals, waffles, oatmeal, yogurt, juices, and more. The dining area was large and spotless, which made the meal even more enjoyable. Overall, our stay was delightful in every way. We highly recommend the Country Inn in Walker to anyone visiting the area — it’s a comfortable, friendly, and well-run place to stay."

The wet room on the main floor was gorgeous & they have thought of everything you might need in the kitchen. We were in the area celebrating our daughter’s wedding and this place was a perfect home base for us!"

"Very large, 5 BR home. Huge kitchen counter and kitchen great for prepping meals for large groups. Large backyard and enclosed gazebo. Roadway runs between home and hill that descends to lake shore dock which would be problematic for kids or elderly. Beautiful clear water lake and shallow dock area. No beach area. "
