"This is an ok hotel. But don't advertise parking then say no we don't have any and we cldnt accommodate a ute anyway. We booked here as they advertised parking. Also fix the power sockets so they don't hang out of the wall and most modern hotels have USB plugs. This hotel doesn't."

"Great location, Wellington is very hilly which I had no idea so chose a taxi whenever I had my suitcase & on my departure ordered me a taxi which turned up quickly, considering it was 6am. The staff were really helpful, the heating wasn't great in my room so the gentleman on reception provided me with a heater which was much appreciated. Had breakfast on my 1st morning it was good, as expected for a hotel. The room was a good size, had loads of space and 3 huge windows. And I was treated to a complimentary bottle of wine when I arrived, which was lovely."

I had one small issue with the laundry in my room and they had their maintenance team take care of it while I was out for the day. I would highly recommend staying here! Also the location was absolutely perfect, easy to walk to just about anywhere downtown."
