Apartment composed of large living room with sofa bed for 2 people and open kitchen, double bedroom with extra bed, two complete bathrooms, magnificent terrace, fully equipped with spectacular views of the bay.

The BAIA 1 apartment is part of the Case Baia Blu structure consisting of four different apartments, of different types, built on four different levels, taking advantage of the natural slope of the descent to the sea.
A two-room apartment, two three-room apartments, and a four-room apartment, equipped with all comforts, with sea view and a stone's throw from the beach of San Gregorio, which can be reached on foot in two minutes.
The structure, also, being in the inhabited area of the small village, also allows you to reach all the main services on foot: minimarket, newsagent, sea articles, bars, tobacconists, restaurants, pizzerias etc.

Great beach property

Had a wonderful stay by the beach. The property is clean and spacious with stunning views. Great spot to stay and explore Puglia from. Nice beach just down the street and enjoyably challenging hike along the coast. Hosts were very helpful. Thank you!

Everything we were expecting and much more

Sara and her husband were so very nice and helpful the home was spotless they left us five large bottles of water a bag of cookies, coffee herb tea everything you could really need. The real joy though was sitting on the absolutely beautiful patio deck overlooking the water, the sunsets were stunning. We only stayed for four nights but wish it had have been more, thank you so very much for the great memories we will remember for ever Peter and Sarah your new Canadian friends

Stay at Blue Bay House

The property was great but the description read like there were 2 bedrooms and there was only one. The property was described as including parking, which was important to us so we re-verified that with the owner prior to the trip. But parking turned out to be on the street and “first come, first served”. There were at least 3 occasions where we had to park several blocks away and almost did not get a parking space at all. On another day, a holiday, we had to plan to stay at the house all day so we would not have to move the car and lose the space. And on Easter Sunday, we parked where the house’s owner told us to park and got a nasty note from a neighbor.

Beautiful property - a 2-storey apartment in a 3-level villa, with a stunning view and in a lovely, hilly, white village. Very nice hosts who greeted us and showed us around the villa and recommended great places for dinner. Very well equipped kitchen! We wanted a relaxing week with a sea view terrace and this was the perfect place. Thank you so much!

Magic view over the bay from a fantastic terrasse

The hosts are great, attentive, helpful and service minded. The apartment was clean and the equipment level is really good, all that you might need exists. The hosts have stocked up with some basic needs such as juice, marmalade, bread, salt, pepper and other spices. Important 1, We were here in a low season in mid april and none of the supermarkets in the village was open so you need a car to shop foods and other necessities. And some of the local restaurants were closed or with very limited opening hours, so check out this if you plan to stay here outside high season. Important 2, read the description of the number and type of beds availably well. A family up to 5 people can easily stay here, if you´re two or more adults couples you really need to know each other. There is one main bedroom with an own toilet, the other beds are in the kitchen/living room area and there is a second toilet. To sum this up, we´ve had a great week in this apartment, a lot of nice places to explore in the region. Big thanks Peter & Eva from Sweden

La mer plein les yeux

Séjour magnifique pour ceux qui souhaitent un séjour loin des hordes de touristes, la mer et les commodités à pied, dans un village typique...la vue de la terrasse est bien celle de l'annonce...sans doute l'une des plus belles du coin ! Les propriétaires sont très attentionnés... logement très adapté pour couple et enfant.. beaux souvenirs...

Die Wohnung ist einfach nur traumhaft und die Dachterrasse setzt noch einen oben drauf. Wir haben unsere Zeit hier in vollen Zügen genossen. Die Vermieterin ist super nett und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist toll ausgestattet, und großzügig für 2 Personen und bestimmt ausreichend für mehr. Die Lage ist ruhig und doch ist alles schnell erreichbar. Zu Fuß: Supermarkt 5min, Meer 3 min, Restaurant 3-5 min. Und wer mit Teenagern reist – das WLAN ist schnell genug. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Les photos correspondent à la réalité. Nous sommes arrivés tard mais nos hôtes nous ont gentiment attendus et avaient préparés les lits pour les enfants. La cuisine est bien équipée, la maison est propre et dotée d’une terrasse sublime qui domine tout le paysage orienté plein ouest nous laissant admirer les couchers de soleil magnifiques.

Très bel appartement avec grande terrasse vue mer, très rare. L'équipement de la location est très complet, il ne manque rien. Sara et son mari sont très gentils et très disponibles. Beaucoup de sites à visiter dans les environs et de magnifiques plages. Allez-y en toute confiance.

Traumhafte Terrasse - sehr schöne Wohnung

Wir hatten wundervolle Tage in der tollen Ferienwohnung. Wir kamen Nachts spät an und wurden persönlich mit Lebensmittel und Getränken empfangen. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, sauber, gut ausgestattet und hat von der riesigen überdachten Terrasse einen traumhaften Meerblick!

Appena si arriva si capisce di aver scelto la casa perfetta. Bellissima posizione stanze curate, tutto quel che serve in cucina e la terrazza grandissima e bellissima per godere della bellezza della baia di San Gregorio appena 100 mt sotto. Sara e suo marito sono persone deliziose ci hanno accolto e consigliato. Il paese è vivo e popolato da gente simpatica ma senza confusione. Obbligatorio tornare.

Breathtaking view with a beautiful terrace.

I spent 2 weeks in August at Sara’s place this summer and the complete experience was wonderful. Sara was super helpful and the property well presented and functional. The kitchen has all you need for your cooking and the bed was very comfortable. But above all, we enjoyed a lots the beautiful Terrace. The view from the terrace is breathtaking, so we enjoyed everyday the stunning sunset with an aperitivo on the sofa or on the comfortable chaise lounges that the property offers. The neighbourhood is vibrant but not too noise, there are few beaches worthy to visit and nice restaurants around, plus a supermarket at 100m from the property. I wish I could come back soon for another wonderful holiday!

The property is as advertised, even better in fact. Very clean and spacious, with the kitchen having everything you need. The oven/hob is great too. The roof terrace is wonderful. Beautiful views of the bay. Large enough for sunbathing and theres a shower to cool down. Everyone is very friendly. Restaurants and supermarket within walking distance, and a sandy beach. We did experience a bit of noise from surrounding neighbours, as they are close by. Overall 10 out of 10!

Abbiamo soggiornato con mia moglie per una settimana ( la prima di Settembre) in questo appartamento e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Le foto rispecchiano fedelmente l'appartamento che é ben arredato, completo di ogni attrezzatura per la cucina e molto pulito. La terrazza é spettacolare come si vede dalle foto e permette in tutta tranquillità di godersi una vista meravigliosa su tutto il litorale nonché ogni sera il tramonto essendo orientata ad ovest. La posizione é tranquilla, con due spiagge ( una di rocce e una sabbia) raggiungibili a piedi e tutte le altre del litorale a soli 5 mn in macchina. I proprietari sono molto gentili e disponibili e ci hanno anche fatto trovare degli squisiti prodotti locali come omaggio di benvenuto. Un posto in cui ritornare sicuramente

Strepitosa!

Bellissima casa per l'arredo, la disposizione degli spazi interni, l'esauriente dotazione di stoviglie, ma in particolare per il bellissimo terrazzo fronte mare, che sovrasta le abitazioni attigue! L'alloggio è a due passi dal mare e vicino ai negozi. Infine, ma non per importanza, la Sig.a Sara e il marito sono persone gentili e molto disponibili!

Location da sogno per una splendida vacanza

Il luogo è piccolo e delizioso con una caletta dall'acqua smeraldo e poco distante da spiagge da favola come la famosa Pescoluse. La casa è ampia e ben arredata con tutto il necessario e anche di più, compresi due modernissimi bagni e un ottimo impianto di aria condizionata utilissimo nelle giornate più torride. Ma il meglio è l'ampia terrazza sul mare con tutti i comfort dove trascorrere romantiche serate o prendere il sole. L'accoglienza è stata ottima e cordiale
