"Fuimos recibidos por Antonio, una persona extraordinaria, que nos facilitó la llegada y estuvo siempre dispuesto por si surgía algún problema. El piso tiene un tamaño adecuado, su ubicación es perfecta, cerca de la playa y de servicios como super, panadería, farmacia y de los restaurantes de Mongiove. Quizá, eché en falta algún aparato más en la cocina, como una batidora y más juegos de vasos. Mauricio Ballesteros Lo recomiendo."

"My wife and I booked through Hotels.com at midday, before arriving at 10pm that night. The Manager had prepared the loungeroom for our stay, with no doors and a fold out sofa bed. Obviously we had booked a private room as advertised as available on their website. The location was quite remote so we agreed at stay. The Manager apologised blaming her failure to check the online booking system , but still charged us full price €70 for a fold out bed in a loungeroom. We were woken up early...

"An incredible stay at Villa Neri for my wife and I. The room was large (Deluxe) and had one of the best bathrooms I had ever seen. The food at the Hotel is easily the best I have had at a hotel and deserving of a Michelin star. We were also very big fans of the hotel cats and their kittens and enjoyed seeing them treated well by staff. Only small points of feedback - the hotel sometimes felt understaffed, particularly at the pool bar during the day. The only other thing was the dated entertainment system in the room which you might expect to be a bit more modern for a hotel of this calibre. Otherwise a brilliant hotel all around. "
