"My daughter and I stayed for a week. The check in staff and shuttle driver were all lovely. The restaurant/bar staff were a bit hit and miss. The room was very nice, shower amazing, good charging pod which was a bonus. There were no drawers which was difficult for a weeks stay. We ate 1 night at the hotel and it was awful. "We stayed in early January in a triple room. The hotel has recently been renovated and it had only just opened. The location is EXCELLENT! It is a few minutes walk down the hill to the Clotes lift and slopes - ideal for a short ski break. There is a sizeable ski room with heated boot warmers and plenty of space. Our room was large but lacked much storage. We had 2 small shelves, and a rail to hang clothes onto, but only 4 hangers - not ideal with ski kit and clothes for 3 people. The room...

"LA pulizia dell'hotel è esemplare, ci sono due aree parcheggio non distanti dall'hotel è quindi possibile scaricare i bagagli in prossimità dell'Hotel e poi parcheggiare la propria auto. Purtroppo non c'e più la navetta che si ferma e porta gli sciatori a Salice D'Ulzio per arrivare alle piste o si sale con la propria auto oppure dalla stazione FS si prendono i bus di linea."
