"Booked this Hotel and then we received a message one day before our trip that the rooms are not available and transfered us to a crappy hotel. They had us stay in another hotel. This is not how hoteling business works. We should get what we booked. We are glad we have received a message though expedia telling us that the rooms we booked and paid for are gone and they transfered us in a different hotel."

Toilet flush system no working and around the bed area on the carpet are full of sand, bugs are crowing on the carpets. 10 - inches small black & white TV and remote was inop. Wi Fi, Internet was not working. It was messed up completely our stay in the hotel. Asking counter desk, to meeting with the manager on Sunday evening & next morning before leaving the hotel but he haven't, shown up for meeting."
