They have a virtual receptionist to check you in, for me it’s not that ideal but not the worst thing to deal with. The place was clean and spotless! And there’s enough parking for the number of rooms. $10 for parking/ per night, also not that bad. I’d recommend this spot and most likely go back in the future!

NOT A BAD EXPERIENCE, JUST OKAY! THE POOL SIDES WERE DIRTY/MESSY. WOULD GO AGAIN AS PRICES WERENT TOO BAD BUT KNOW TO BE EXTRA CAREFUL. SUITE IN MASQUERADE ROOM SMELLED LIKE A ANTIQUE SHOP BUT NOTHING A AIRFRESHINER COULDNT HELP. FAUCETS AND ROOMS ARE RUSTING AND DEFINITELY NEED SOME TLC.

Everything was great until check out time, one thing that happened was we got back late around 4 am, I asked the night shift if we could extend checkout from 10am to 11am, which they said they could do 12 PM instead, fantastic! On the morning of checkout, one of the maids came in and asked what we were still doing there past 10, and we explained we had late check out, and she insisted no check out is at 10 and we had to get out. I brought it to the front desks attention, and they agreed that I had a noon checkout, and apologized about the situation. Just some miscommunication somewhere but all in all the stay was great. Just more so a rude awakening to the situation.
