"The staff were very kind and went above and beyond to make sure we had a pleasant stay. They allowed us to check in early after a 16-hour flight, quickly replaced our kettle when it stopped working, and provided plenty of filtered water. My only suggestions would be to have more small bills available when exchanging foreign currency for guests and to better address excessively loud guests. Overall, we really appreciated the hospitality and service."
