The staff was very accommodating and Professional. The lobby team was always available and I loved that everyone assumed responsibility for whatever needed to be done, from our check-in with Luke to our check-out with Lily. There wasn’t anyone who would shift the responsibility of a task to someone else. The Porters were always friendly, and had some great restaurant recommendations when we wanted to dine elsewhere. Breakfast was wonderful, and our waiters were very accommodating in helping us pack our breakfast to catch the ferry as we were running late. Avril and the dining room staff were very courteous and friendly! I loved the staff here, and loved the facility as well. We didn’t use the pool as it’s an outdoor )rooftop 8th floor). Definitely money well spent!

I like everything and the staff was super nice, but sometimes it came off as they were so eager. I would have appreciated a little bit more space. Everything was so clean, love the vibe of the restaurant. The staff was very friendly!
