"The front desk staff were very professional, friendly and helpful. Hotel lobby is beautiful and they bar had yummy cocktails. Would definitely book again."

"The staff was wonderful. The hotel in general was beautiful. The food was great, my only two gripes were the pool and hot tub area were shutdown for maintenance during our stay which was one of the key reasons I chose this hotel, and I purchased a suite because I'm an early to bed, early to rise sort of person and my wife likes to sleep late so as to not disturb her while she sleeps we get suites, however this room the door didn't want to stay closed, the doors had glass windows in it so it didn't do any good as far as separating you from disturbing anyone, and lastly it had light switches on the wall that went to nothing I could find. You'd walk into a dark room looking for a lit switch to give you some sort of light to find the other lights in the room. As mentioned, the staff was great, I voiced my complaints and they were happy to come up and fix them, however we were getting ready to check out anyways the next day and I thought it was pointless for me but suggested they might want to fix them prior to the next customers coming through."

"Clean. Kind front desk staff. Nice lobby happy hour and very sweet lady pouring our drinks. The attached restaurant was delicious and beautiful. Our waiter was amazing. The bed was comfortable. Quiet. Didnt hear other guests. Great location! Walked to power plant and back friday night. Was short walk. Also in morning walked to miss shirleys cafe. Loved having a balcony sliding glass door that we could open. Glad we booked here. "

"Was placed in a room that I didn't reserve. The room was not filthy but lacked deep cleaning. Trash behind the night stands dust, dirt, and water marks on furniture. The bathroom was painted terribly with paint on tiles like someone was in a rush and didnt care what they were doing. The hallway smelled like pee. The person when I checked in was very rude but the rest of the staff was nice. "
