Moving family home
Very nice setting for a relaxing stay. There are multiple units available for small family gatherings. We were in town to move family home and our space worked perfect for what we needed. Owner/guest contact was prompt. And the owner set up courtyard table for our family to have dinner on our last night, which was super nice. Thank you.

Hot tub
Mostly the stay was good. Charming place with lots of outdoor spaces. HOWEVER the hot tub wasn't functioning for most of the time we were there. And it was one of the reasons we chose that place. They needed to clean it. It would've been appropriate to offer some kind of a Discount, for not having all amenities offered

Peaceful, lovely stay
My boyfriend and I so enjoyed our stay. Our host Livia was so lovely and the space she has created for guests is fantastic. Great shared outdoor spaces. We enjoyed being an easy drive to hiking and the Elgin Wine Trail experience. We will be back. Thank you!

The room was very cozy and had everything you need. Use of the jacuzzi was nice. Lots of places outside to relax & enjoy the weather. The owner is on the property & very nice. Overall, a very peaceful relaxing vibe. We will be back...

Central Location
Upon arrival the room was ready. Comfortable bed. The one improvement could be the shower. It is tucked in a corner and is small. The surround is a curtain (cloth) and does not extend near the floor. Water splashes from underneath which allows for quite a bit of water on the floor. Otherwise fantastic place!

Tranquil spot with a sweet Jacuzzi!

Garden Paradise
We had an amazing stay in the Garden Casitas! The studio was beautifully put together and comfortable. The gardens were peaceful and definitely encouraged relaxation. We spent our mornings at the lake and hiking. Viewing incredible wildlife as we went. We spent our afternoons exploring the town and surrounding areas trying to find neat spots that locals flock to. We’ll definitely be back!

Great property; check-in was a little flawed
We checked in on a Friday evening and checked out on Sunday morning. The property is well set up as a vacation rental and our dogs loved running around the >1 acre yard. I only have two complaints: no contact info was sent to us after booking on VRBO, so we had drive to the property without anyone to call and just hope for the best. Unfortunately, Google maps took us to the wrong house (I have since submitted a Google maps correction that should solve it) and we had nobody to call for directions. That was a little stressful. Thankfully the slightly peeved neighbors (apparently a lot of lost guests end up at their door) pointed me in the right direction, and we enjoyed the property once we found it. The Casita was well set up and nicely decorated, but I'm not sure the air conditioning was fully functional. It was a little warm and musty in there, but not so bad that we couldn't enjoy it. Overall the positives outweighed the negatives, though!

Floors were dirty, moldy watermelon rinds in the trash which was gross and smelly. Extra blanket was musty/moldy smelling. The worst part was that I emailed the owner and got zero response. It's a shame really, it's a serene, quiet property but the lack of cleanliness was a huge bummer. I certainly didn't plan on cleaning up someone else's moldy stinky mess on my weekend get away.....

They work with a cleaning company that usually does a thorough job of cleaning and sanitizing the studio before each guest's stay. - The owner will share your feedback with the cleaner to ensure future guests arrive at a clean and comfortable home. - Unfortunately, the owner and Evolve did not receive any emails from you during your stay. Great Place to stay
Wonderful, clean, nice little studio. My wife loved it and it was real quiet in the area. We were unable to get the TV to work (Internet connection issues), maybe a little better attention to that issue and clearer instructions. Otherwise it was great!
