"O hotel fica localizado a 4km da BR 050, as margens do Lago de Furnas. Ficamos somente uma noite, no quarto 211, de frente para a bonita piscina e para o lago. O quarto com uma cama King e uma cama de solteiro. Limpo, amplo eotima roupa de cama. Banheiro grande, com boa ducha. Os jardins sao bem cuidados. "The staff is very attentive, simple and always willing to serve. Reception should be though more warm and welcoming. It seems they work under some pressure. They should be trained to make the Balneário more welcoming. This is not a reprimand, but only a suggestion for management to improve the place. "
