"Unique hotel in the heart of Annapolis. The room was lovely, comfortable and well equipped. Parking was a bit expensive $32 one day and strange, couldnt actually park in the covered garrage that was only for vallette patrons. Would have been nice to have a regular coffee maker in the room, only instant coffee was on offer. "
"Front desk staff are a real treat to work with!
Mervat and Tanya made me and my teens feel so welcomed! My daughter had a SW16 sleepover and all accommodations were met with great detail and customer satisfaction. The indoor pool was clean and well lit. Public restrooms were kept clean and fully stocked. Our adjoining rooms had great views and the beds were very comfortable. My hubby and I had dinner at Anejo Rose and the next morning we had my daughter’s birthday brunch at GrillFire, both in-house restaurants were perfect! Food and drinks were right on point. I can’t wait to book another stay just me and my hubby. It really was a pleasure staying here and the customer service from front desk to all other staff I interacted with was absolutely fantastic! Parking was plentiful and $10.99 a day was fair. Overall The Hotel at Arundel is a must visit and there’s tons to do nearby which makes this place a perfect gem in the Hanover, Maryland area!"
"The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet. There is a restaurant attached and the food was good. There was an unusual kitchen surcharge that I didn’t quite understand until layer. And unfortunately the room did not have any regular coffee stocked and I didn’t realize it was only decaf until the next morning. I also didn’t quite figure out how to regulate the temperature in the despite some instructions on the thermostat. It was fine for an overnight stay. "
