Horrible ! A fuir. Pas d'eau chaude. 3 coupures electriques en meme pas 3h de temps. 15 degres dans la chambre malgré le "radiateur" au mur... on nous a dépanné un radiateur d'appoint et la on a reussi a avoir 17... Bref la réception part 30 minutes avant lheure de fermeture. On appelle ca ne repond pas. Le technicien est aussi compétent que moi sur des skis... (autant dire nulle !) Bref surtout pas ici si vous avez en plus des enfants...

Ce qui es dommage c’est de louer un studio pour pouvoir ce faire à manger. Nous avons eu la plaque cuisson défectueuse (manquer les boutons pour l’allumer) nous l’avons dit à la réception, ont nous as répondu que un technicien aller venir mais nous avons vu personne. Du coup nous n’avons pas pu ce faire à manger tous le long du séjour. Trace de moisissure sur le plafond de la salle de bain .. Le logement et super bien placé nous étions au pieds des pistes !

Informations concernant la remise des clés fausse

Bonjour, il à été très difficile de récupérer les clés de l'appartement, à aucun moment vous n'avez donné l'adresse pour récupérer les clés. Les appartements sont bien à l'adresse indiquée mais l'agence qui donne les clés à l'autre bout de la ville, trouvée par hasard en les faisant toutes, le contact téléphonique avec l'interlocuteur de hotels.com pour trouver ou chercher les clés n'à servi à rien car ils ne savaient pas ou se trouvait l'agence. Le numéro que vous m'avez donné pour contacter l'agence ne répondait jamais.
