"For a hotel that was advertised on the Colorado Marathon webpage as a partner hotel, advertised with early breakfast available from 3:30am, then kitchen was not open till 6:30am. In addition the hotel booked a gala in the lobby on the same night which was very noisy until 11pm when all the marathon runners needed an early nights sleep."

"Elevator was out of service, unable to use luggage cart except via outside. Snowfall prevent from doing that. Construction in stairwell. Workers used hallway for work space, right outside our door. Also cold water plumbing issues - which other workers entered our room and left doors open. So now construction workers and plumbers outside room with our door left open while we out. Very poor lighting option in room. Breakfast was decent. Coffee very good. Staff was very friendly."

"Everybody greet. Was disappointed with the unit right by office And laundry.
Seemed plant of rooms with nice Mountain View available based on number of units and cars.
Overall still great stay. Beds and pillows best we have experienced in years. Even at home. Made my wife very happy.

"Forced downgrade, told we’d get a discount, paid more for downgraded room than what we could’ve reserved it for ourselves. Code to get into room didn’t work, on phone for 30 minutes while they changed the code. Would not go back"
