No other suite available so we had to walk in our robes down the hall, to the elevator, and down the hall again carrying our toiletries to shower in another room with broken glass (Room 002) for two days. No compensation was offered. The main reason for staying at this location was for the wine tasting cave room that was closed for maintenance. No compensation offered. Dinner was pleasant but only two staff members so...

"A very useful hotel as a stopover to or from Bilbao as it has 24 hr reception and large on site free car park.Easy to find location and good value and quite spacious standard rooms.Bathroom had a small but convenient bathtub plus hairdryer.Small point, the bed linen and towels although clean and in good condition had a strong smell possibly the detergent used?"

A thoughtful modern renovation of an old stone farmhouse set in a tranquil village overlooking vineyards. Our breakfast of fresh juice and fruits, cheese and a selection of salmon and cured meats was prepared by a very charming local woman. When I return to the region, I will definitely include this special small hôtel on my itinerary. "
