"Room was clean, bath/shower is unsafe, tv's need upgraded, maybe an emergency generator for power outage. Staff watched me walk right by going towards my room and they could have at least said something about the power being out and that our room key would not work. Creepy hallways in the dark. We had to walk back up front and request access into our room. I did not feel safe. "
