Good frugal option for a wedding in Paterson nearby. Very good staff experience: we were able to switch rooms easily when we had some issues with the original room's sink, and customer service was excellent throughout our stay.

It bad for the dollar

The hotel at first looks rundown and there’s crackheads in parking lot. But the staff is very nice and the room was clean. Big bathroom. Bed was comfortable. Clean sheets. Only issue I had with the room was the tv didn’t work. Other than that it was a great stay.

I like that they do not require a deposit or a major credit card for deposit. The front desk was employed by very kind professional people that printed out important documents for me multiple times during my stay and answered any questions I had about my reservation.

Sketchy place. Cheap rooms, old, floors feel gross. It’s a good place if you just need a cheap room to sleep in. But better lock the doors. Hallways smelled like weed.

Friendly staff, very helpful. Clean, quiet. One sleepless night due to a broken mattress frame, but as soon as we complained we were given another room. Another time we could not open the door, they tried different ways but only the master key worked. You get what you pay for I will Never be there again??

Staff was friendly and helpful. This is an old property in need of a total remodel. Anything metal in the room had rust on it. The fixtures were functional however, drains ran slow and toilet did not flush completely the first time. Linens were clean but old. Microwave door was rusty. Will pass on staying again until a remodel is done.

Lovely! I really love the updated paint of the building. It is seriously picturesque. Also, staff is super friendly and helpful. We struggled from beginning to end between finding our ID to our ESA documents. She was incredibly kind and patient with me and kept me from having a panic attack. We’ve relocated recently and had a few discrepancies with getting lease documents so we kept needing to extend. I was very grateful to them. On top of the services, the rooms were immaculate and we got to watch tons of movies on the flat screen. Definitely helped us (as parents) safe face with our children. Thank you so much.

This trip was terrible from start to finish. It began when we checked in and the girl at the desk told us she had to see “if” our room was clean. We get to the room and the lights don’t work in our bathroom, the phone didn’t work to call the front desk. The bed had a flat pillow and they couldn’t find an extra pillow. The bathtub didn’t drain and the stopper just stayed stuck in the tub. The toilet didn’t fully flush and made loud noises for 5 minutes after being flushed. The WiFi didn’t connect unless you were in the lobby and the blinds didn’t even fully cover the window so lights from outside were coming into the room all night.

I love this hotel and this was the first hotel I ever stayed at and didn’t have a bad experience and a bad smell or anything everyone was pretty good to be I would recommend going there again. I just like book one for a night for my birthday.
