Disappointed

The water pressure in shower was nice... But to have to dry off with smoke filled towels with cat hair sucked. Had to buy own t.p. And don't expect new towels everyday. The lady at desk was rude, unhelpful. Everyone else was pleasant and helpful.

I love staying here cuz it's quiet, n clean but whatever they used to shampoo the carpet or whatever kind of cleaner they used the smell is so stong that i got a massive headache, getting a cold, n even got a bloody nose. I hope whatever they used change it or i will no longer be staying here
