North River Ranch is a new community conveniently located to get you to several of the most beautiful beaches in Florida including Anna Maria Island in Bradenton, Florida. If you want to take a break from hitting the beaches, not to worry, this community is loaded with a rich variety of amenities. You have 3 different resort-style pools to choose from, 22 miles of biking and hiking trails, fitness and recreation centers, clubhouse, dog park and playground.
