"I stayed at Hotel Vista 15 in Guatemala City for just a few hours overnight. The reviews made it seem modern and updated, but when I arrived around 4 p.m., it felt a bit empty and more outdated than expected. The staff was nice, though, and I had dinner at the rotating restaurant, which had a charming old-time vibe and even surprised me with a birthday cake. The room, a two-bedroom suite, was spacious with a drop-dead gorgeous view of the city at night. But it needed a better cleaning—there was a dirty shower head, hair on the sheets, and stains on the bed. The sink in the bathroom kept backing up, and the elevator looked outdated. That said, the sauna was nice, the pool was great, and the gym was solid. They did offer free water, which was a nice perk. Overall, a mixed stay—beautiful view and space, but it needs some serious updates and a cleaner room."

"More than a hotel, these are furnished apartments. Extremely comfortable, very quiet and peaceful. They don't have air conditioning. Everything in Cayalá is within easy walking distance. Very safe. At night, all the streets are well-lit. Next to the building, there are coffee shops, a gym, and a restaurant. Ideal for a 3-day stay, enough time to explore the entire Cayalá area. Keep in mind that it's not near downtown Guatemala City, and it takes about an hour to get to the airport."

"This hotel never disappoints! Luxury at US.budget prices. A bit out of town but not so far as to make a difference. Views to die for and colonial style. Staff are as first class as the building. Would recommend for any travelers.

"No air-conditioning. Plenty of shops within walking distance. San Martin for breakfast is an 8 minute walk. There's a local market for fruit and cafes near by. The main city centre is a qtl 30/ by Uber. "
